Pretty open ended question.
1) whose tube is in the system, I.e, ITT, L3
2) what specs does the tube have. most importantly SNR, HALO, and PCR, does it have blems?.
3) are all the controls in working order, and is the battery compartment clean?
4) when was it last purged?
5) how many hours are on the tube?
If its got high specs, no blems, and is in excellent condition, low hours with ITT tube, I'd say in the $4000 range.
If its a lower-end tube with lots of blems and lots of rough use, maybe more like $3500.

ETA: if course, this all presumes that it is a Gen 3 tube. If its autogated, that adds a little value, too, but be aware that non-auto gated high-spec Gen 3 is still a great performer, and units like Omni IV (non-gated) tubes are among the toughest, recoil handlers.

You can get a decent spec scope new for under 4k if you shop just dont buy from guys that demand map.So used I would say drops you on down lower in the 3s.
