    How many political-climber officers have you ever met? Who do you think gets promoted? It is the ass kissers who slide up the chain by who they make friends with. They're fake fuckers, who will fuck you for a better share of the accolades if it advances their careers. I've known some that were very charming, and I got along well with, but when it came to brass tacks I would not trust them beyond operations. What happens on deployment doesn't track with what happens back on the base. I think Crenshaw is one of these whose rise was cut short by the IED that took his eye (can't be an operating SEAL with no depth perception, period), and after seeing the dead end of the desk at HQ, when all the varsity players were still out killing terrorists, he just switched tracks from the military to the civilian government where his prospects of climbing were more open.

    He seems way more Harvard School of Public Administration (a den of statist communists) than Lieutenant Commander to me...

    Some people, when they see the opportunity to lift themselves out of their peer group - even though it means stepping on your fellow brothers and sisters - will not hesitate to sell everything (even their soul) for a deeper bank account.

    As the old saying goes: "Build a thousand bridges, but suck one dick, and everyone knows you as a cocksucker." And I haven't seen Dan build any bridges lately.

    I’m not sure why anyone would question Crenshaw. He used to be a seal so you know he wouldn’t lie about anything at all, and I’m sure he’s not lying about threatening Tucker Carlson. Maybe this is all a ploy by Crenshaw to have another story for his book?
    Now I’m not the biggest fanboy of Tucker, but generally I agree with him. If I don’t agree I certainly won’t threaten to kill him. That’s just a stupid move by Crenshaw.

    My guess is Tucker has some contract guys who would make short work of ole Cyclops Dan. Dan Crenshaw is a blow hard bully, who should never had been in elected office, or wear a uniform or badge. He needs a good laborer job behind the working end of a shovel.
