I'm new to the cartridge (and BRs in general). Ordered a few of the MDT 12 round mags to play with. I've also got a ton of ARC mags, some with the Area 419 extension. To feed out of ARC mags, I definitely need a mag kit. My question is which mag kits (if any) will work with ARC mags with the Area 419 extension?

I spent an ass load of money and more time than I care to admit trying to get my BR to run with ARC mags. I don't think there's any
combination of parts and pieces I didn't try.
End result was: AICS mags w/ spacer kit. If you're NOT running a 3 lug action, the MDT BR mags are a good choice.

Stay away from ARC mags as others have mentioned.
AICS mags with primal rights kit works great with my 6BRA. If you want to use a mag extension, you will have to create a "shelf" for the spacer in the mag kit to sit on. I used Sugru to accomplish this.

AICS, Primal Rights Spacer Kit, and Freedom Gunwerks 2+ basepads…. All works perfectly, first time - every time.

MDT BR mags are tough to beat honestly. 12 round capacity and they plain run. If not those then definitely AICS with PR kits.

I had to tune my wife's MDT 6BR mag, tweak the mag lips a bit to help with feeding - which is honestly what you have to do with almost any mag to optimize them, so no big deal there.
The spring came super stiff, I loaded the wife's mag up with 10 rounds and letting it sit for a few weeks to reduce some of that spring tension.
I'm looking forward to seeing how this mag performs, haven't had the opportunity to take it to the range yet. Seems like a quality mag so far, if it works good, then it certainly would be a great option for people. Certainly more cost effective then buying an AICS mag + spacer kit + mag extension.

AICS, and a PVA spacer on 3 mags has been perfect for me. No problem in all conditions running a Defiance and an Impact action.
My rifle loves the ARC with PVA Dasher kit/Freedom Gunworks +2 extension. Regular MDT with modified Primal Rights kit and Gunworks +2 works very well for me too. Of course, shortly after I modified Primal Rights kit to work in MDT they released their 6BR/Dasher variant.
