Suppressors Day/Night Sight Recommendation

Looking for a setup for a Glock 21. What should I be looking for in a day/night setup? Not the best choice for IDPA I understand, but I may want to get my feet wet with it and shoot a few matches.
Looking for precise, fast target acquisition for day shooting but also would prefer a usable night sight as well. It is my primary defensive handgun so it needs to be adaptable to all situations. I like the Warren Tactical but would like some help on this.

I like the Trijicons because they obviously do killer night sights, but they put a white ring around the tritium that is visible in the day time. That's what I run on my pistols, I like 'em.

I have Meprolights on my glock 26 that also have a white ring for daytime visibility. I definitely think the warrens have their place in competition, but don't seem very practical for self defense. I would say stick with a nice set of night sights for now.

Put a night sight on the front, preferably one with the white outline for day use. Install a plain black rear sight.

That's what I have on my carry gun. The rest of my guns all have narrow front sights with fiber optics, which are fast and work great, especially outside in the light.

Believe it or not, night sights don't matter that much anyway. They're not that bright, and a flashlight is FAR superior to any brightness of night sights.

I got trijicons on my usp and I love them. Meprolights have a bigger dot than trijicons. I put orange in the rear and green up front. For me, trijicons are a bit brighter than mepros. ymmv

A friend recently bought a 19 and put in new Trijicon night sights, and they definitely have a smaller dot than my mepros. When I need new night sights, Im definitely going trijicon, orange rear, green front. I've found I can't keep both eyes open in darkness with green front and green rear, as I cant seem to get my right eye to stay dominant (not sure if anyone else has this issue or if its just me). I think the contrasting colors would help me with that.

I used to believe that until I saw the TruGlo Tfo sights. They are very bright but massive. Certainly does not make up for a light though.
