I just received my DBMG bolt knob for my Rem 700 tactical stick and couldn't be more pleased.
Slightly smaller than the Badger that it replaced, better ergonomics and feel, but the COOL feature is the 1/2" hex slot in the end that fits my scope base.
The bolt now can double as a hex wrench in a field emergency. What a great idea.
I'll buy one for every bolt gun I own.

I recommend it highly. http://www.dbmg-llc.com/

Re: DBMG bolt knob

Pretty wikkid idea

You would probably wana make sure your action is trued, and bolt handle permanently attached (screwed down and silver soldered) before you go using your bolt as a wrench! Last thing you want is your bolt handle snapping off in the field.

Great idea tho

Re: DBMG bolt knob

i would be more worried about the joint between the handle and the bolt body.

i predict lots of handles separating from bolt bodies if people use these on a two piece bolt.

Hey Dennis and Mike! Great idea!!!
These guys (DBMG) are great and make some really really nice rifles.
Love to see these in steel soon.

Keep up the great work!
