Who has a good price on an RCBS Chargemaster this week ?
Looks like current street price for a 110 Volt AC RCBS Chargemaster is between $ 299 and $ 339 depending on where you are shopping.
A couple of weeks ago Midway blew some out at $ 269 !
I was at the Precision Rifle Expo the same week and spoke with one of the RCBS reps and asked if there was a newer / better / smaller / cheaper version that was coming out soon and the old stock was getting cleared out. His answer was there was a newer / better system coming but it would be significantly more costly for better precision on the weight dispensed.
The RCBS rep said that he had worked at Midway in the past and part of their business model is to move stuff that had been on the shelf too long, even at a loss.
He said that the $ 269 price was below wholesale prices and that he was getting flak about Midway's clearance prices.
Who's looking to clear out some merchandise at a favorable ( To Me ) Price ???
