Rifle Scopes Decided to buy a LPVO.....need to sell a NIB Bushnell XRS 4.5-30x50.

Hey Guys. I think I'm leaning towards getting a NX8 or Razor Gen III LPVO for a deer rifle build.

Im going to sell a never used Bushnell XRS 4.5-30x50 with a G2DMR reticle. I think I paid around $1900 for it s few years back.

The scope has never touched a set of rings and it has sat in a climate controlled safe since I bought it. The dang thing is new.

Whats it worth?

FYI, I have bought and sold several Nightforce, Leopold, and a USO scopes in the past before the "Scout" merger without s hiccup. My post count dropped from 1000 to the 275 it is now....

That is the XRS II. Mine is a new original XRS with the G2DMR reticle. I was thinking around $1200-$1250?

You are correct. I took the sealed plastic off when I got it and I looked through it. Put it back in the box and back in the safe. I took it back out of the box for the quick pictures last night.

Scope has never touched a set of rings. It is never been mounted and is without the sealed plastic on the box.

It's worth is made up of 2 factors. What your willing to sell it for and what someone is willing to pay for it. If you feel $1250-$1200 is what its worth then post it for that. You may get some offers you may not. Then you will be able to judge if your price is fair and if your willing to sell or keep it at the said offers price.

I've seen used scopes sell on the PX for more then what some SH vendors have them on sale for. When I buy or sell a scope on the PX I jump on all the vendor sites as well as others to see what the scope is selling for. If its a discontinued optic I try and search classified ads to see what resent sales on that optic where.

The PX is a weird place... The most common suggest for scope value is the PX, but everytime I look I see scopes changing hands near and even over current new street pricing.
