Defiance and Manners

Just got through ordering a Defiance DBM and Manners TF2.
Norm at Defiance was an absolute pleasure to do business with, answered multiple emails quickly and listened to my absurd questionsover the phone. Can't beat the 50% sale right either.
Big thanks to Matt at Manners for answering my questions quickly as well.
Now I just have to wait and get everything over to PCR to meet up with the barreled action.
It's been a good day in gun land

Received the DBM from Defiance in 2 days! Was so impressed called back and ordered the EFR night vision mount.
After all the horrible luck I've had with my last build, this one is coming together quite well, with the help of PCR, Defiance and Manners. Thanks!

Yup, picked up two DBM myself and am quite happy with the quality of them. Very well made. Dealing with the people over there was a pleasure too. They were at my doorstep within a week.

I got mine a while back when they first when on sale... LOVE IT!!!!

So the Manners was delivered to PCR a few backs to complete the build. Turned out there was something wrong with the inlet. After a few calls to Tom it was determined that that accidentally inletted the stock for a Seekins DBM and not the Defiance as order. Tom paid for the shipping and the stock went back. It was delivered back to PCR a couple of weeks later. The inlet now fir but was sloppy, there were excessive gaps around the magwell and the triggerguard. PCR and I talked it over and decided to go ahead and work around it.
I sent an email to Tom to explain the situation. I called me the very next day. After sending him some photos he stated that the stock should have never left the shop in that condition. He next dayed the stock back and is going to bed the DBM for an exact fit. Turns out there have been some minor changes in some DBMs that haven't made it to stock manufactures.
Although there was a minor hiccup with the stock, the service was Manners was unwavering. Tom personally took care of the issue and is making everything right. It has certainly been a long wait but I'm sure it will be well worth it.
