the interesting dimension is from bottom of the scope to top of the rail, like this:
then you can measure the distance between your scope and barrel, and between the scope and rail (this might be limitin for some scopes, at least for my PM2 on my Blaser R93).
Then you check the specs on the specific rings, and if the difference between the rings is less than the space you are good to go

TPS measures from the top of the cap to the top of the rail...which is why I measured the way I did...
