Delta Team Tactical - Anyone Buy from Them?

Anyone dealt with them? They have something I need that's hard to find and the price is right. I'm reluctant to deal with folks I don't know, especially if they have Tactical in their name. Thanks.

That is quite a few complaints, but I’m curious how many sales per year they make?
I'm guessing tens of thousands.

I bought from them a few times. Had one upper show up with holes in the box I could put my fist through. Surprisingly it was all there. Reading those comments makes me think maybe I was lucky though?

It's been a while since I've ordered anything from them, but I always had pretty decent service. I had a direct number to one of the
CS/ Sales reps at one point. He always answered or called back within 15 min.
One thing to keep in mind, you get what you pay for. I knew I was buying lower cost/ quality parts, so my expectations were pretty low

Ordered a few uppers from them, all have been aero blems. Have not had an issue with them and would order from them again based on my experiences with then

I have ordered from them twice in the last year, one order was an assembled upper
other than slightly slow shipping, everything went perfectly
BUT
I never had to call or contact them for any reason. I placed my orders online and waited maybe 2 weeks and my shit showed up as expected. Looks like many complaints are from people being unable to contact them.

never had a issue ive ordered 2 different uppers from them and a few other parts like they said about about 2 weeks to get to me but everything was good to go

I made several transactions with them 4 or 5 years ago... actually I dealt with them for several years in a stretch.
Never had any problems.

Never had a problem with them. I dont order stuff much now a days but wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them. I remember all the complaints from PSA, i never had a problem. And trust me, i am not a lucky person, so if they were that bad, id have half my orders fucked up
