I hope he takes this case to the Supreme Court and wins. There should be no law that bans a citizen of the U.S. from owning a firearm. The whole illegal machine gun thing is bullshit too. If a felon pays his dues and is released from parole, probation, or prison, they should still be able to get their rights back and protect themselves and their family.
