Ability to take a round out of the chamber usually coincides with how tight the chamber is... which generally means things are pushed really far into the lands, or the area for the brass is also so tight that any sort of particulate will cause friction. I ran a Win52D chamber. It was a pain in the ass to chamber. Had to really put a lot of force to cycle a round and get the bolt closed. It had a wider brass taper area so I could extract live rounds, but where the lands started was very early, which made feeding really rough.
I ended up getting my chamber re-reamed to push where it hit the lands further. I believe win52d is like .580, and Eley EPS is like .60 or .61. That .02 made a huge difference.
I went to a match, which was just bench silhouette shooting, and a person had an anschutz, they kept wacking the bolt forward to get it cam down. Shot fantastic, but definitely wouldn't run that for a PRS match.
Eley EPS chambers well, but I've heard due to the tight brass area it can have issues with live extraction. 52D has a large opening, just starts the lands early. I'd go Eley EPS and open it up for easier feeding + easier extraction.
Don't forget the tighter the tolerances/chamber the more susceptible it will be to failures when it gets dirty. The Lilja original chamber, some folks reported that if they didn't clean every 100-150 rounds, it'd stop extracting spent casings. Might not matter if you're cleaning every outting for benchrest matches, but might be a pain in quality of life / PRS matches.
