Dillon Precision is Awesome

Don’t post much on forums but had to give Dillon an attaboy. These guys always impress me.

The low primer alarm on my old 550 quit working last week. I sent in an inquire about ordering the new alarm on Sat. This morning I received a return email that the new part is on the way no charge.

If I remember right this is the third time they have replaced worn parts on this loader. Needless to say I’ve become a loyal customer.

The one time I needed to replace a worn part for my then 19-year old 550-B they were equally amazing. The machine is now 25 years old. That level of customer service, coupled with the quality of their products certainly helps build brand-loyalty.

Purchased an older 650 years ago, decided to send it in for some upgrades. Got a quote from them on the costs ( was going to be around $70-$140 plus return shipping) and boxed it up in a box i had with padding and sent it in for a refurb.
send it in, 3 days later I get an email wi, th tracking. I called Dillon and asked, "um I didn't get a call on the unit and what all it needed, what happened?" response... "oh uh yeah its all fixed up for ya, and uh lets see... ya no your bill is zero." I was like hmm wonder what they did?
Unit shows up a couple of days later in a Dillon box like I bought a new one. Well in fact when I unboxed it the entire machine looked brand new! I had a few add on parts that they had just removed put in a ziploc bag and put in the box.

Amazing company to deal with!
