Can someone tell me of there is a diopter adjustment for the reticle on the Hendsoldt 45? The reason I ask, is my near vision has gotten pretty crappy with age, and I have a hard time seeing the reticle when looking through the spotter. For the life of me, I can't seem to figure out how to adjust it, like on a rifle scope, so that the reticle is clear, independent of the objective focus.

Any help is appreciated (maybe I'm over thinking this?)....

I don't have a 45, but if it works like the 60 then.... the part of the eye piece where my finger is pointing is turnable for reticle focus. It can be a bit stiff and you kinda have to force your fingers in there to turn it. That section will rotate independent of the power ring and the rubber eye piece.

    Hope that helps.

Thanks guys! I didn't know that that part of the ocular housing turned, and well, the user manual is pretty sparse.

    Thanks again!

I can't seem to login to the other thread, so figured I'd try and post the PDF owner's manual here for others if they need it. Hendsoldt sent it to me awhile back, but I forgot until now I had it.
