I am currently working on putting together a Bergara Ridgeback 300 PRC, and am looking for suggestions on a direct mount bipod since the rifle comes with mlok sections molded into the stock. I currently use an atlas v8 on my savage 110 tactical desert 6.5, but am not a big fan of the ability to pan, since all of my shooting is done prone at stationary targets. For this reason, I think I would prefer a two piece direct mount system simply to reduce weight, but I am open to any suggestions. Thanks in advance for the input.

This is your best bet, harris bipod with ADM Picatinny QD attachment. Just install a small section of Picatinny via M-lok. Harris is a much better bipod than the Magpul. There are other options out there but I would stay away from the Magpul offering.
