I have used sierra bullets for all my reloading for the last 15 years.....
I wanted to load the s9nosemk 210 for my 300 win mag for long range shooting. I then notice that the end of these (nose) are all diffrent. This is hard to get a true OAL on the round. Also I would have to think this effect s accuracy.

But don't worry about the OAL, worry about the jump from the ogive to the lands.

case head to meplat is...ballpark at best. buy a comparator and measure to the ogive as has been said.

Get the nosler custom competitions they are better than the sierras in every way. I love them that's all I use and I've tried damn near everything.

+1 on the nosler comment i had both the NCCs and the SMKs in 175 and the NCCs gave me 1/4 to 1/2 inch @ 100 yrds where as the SMKs were 3/4 to 1 inch. NOW that being said I do still recommend getting a comparator. Managed to get lucky though and picked up 1000 NCCs in 100 rnd boxes for $20 a box.
