Who has a passion for Tuna offshore ? Been at it last 5 years, heartbreaks and success. On the west coast the big boys showed up in 2016 after 100 years for the most part. These fish don't want to go home to Japan. Look for yourselves. I am in no way super successful , but have scored a few on trips to SOCAL in my small boat.
