Does the zero change alot with a 22lr??

I have a CZ 452 american. Love it. Pulled up on a crow a few days ago at 60 yards... miss. this is unusual, put it on paper yesterday, a full 2 inches right, and an inch low, from my 50 yard zero... My mounts and bases are solid.

My buddy has two of these and for the last few weeks he has been working on the torx settings. It seems this is making alot of improvements.

Yes, I always use the same ammo. Wolf Match. I guess I bumped it really hard or something, I have had slight zero change before but this was significant. To be honest, my rings are cheap. That is most likely my problem. Im running a bushnell tactical 3.5x 15. Which I think is perfect for this rifle. I probably need to upgrade to the full lenght rail and better weaver style rings.

Yep go with a one piece rail and bed it if need be. I would also lightly lap cheap rings but only after the rail has been bedded or confirmed true. Don't over torque anything and you should be GTG.
