Drill/Tap for Hornady OAL tool

Quick question for the guys making their own brass for Hornadys OAL tool. Are you resizing your fired brass back to where your normally shoot? Or do you drill and tap a freshly fired case with no resizing?

Drill and tap the FIRED case. This makes it an exact fit (or as close as it can be) to the respective firearm. Mark the case to identify the firearm.

Buy the Sinclair tool. It doesn’t need a specially drilled case to do the same thing.
