I received notice on Aug. 4 that I had been removed from online training due to problems with Pay Pal account. I logged into Pay Pal and all forms of payment ( checking accout and AE are current). As detailed below a second attempt was made today the 3rd day, which failed, I re-checked account ( valid forms of funding)log does show failed payment request.
Please advise what action needs to be taken and contact person to resolve. Great courses hate not having access
"If you lose access due to an issue with Pay Pal, simply go to your Pay Pal account and update the information Pay Pal requires. The system will automatically notify you as well it will retry the payment in 3 days and then again in 5 days. As long as you have fixed the issue with Pay Pal within those windows the system will automatically reinstate your account access. if you miss this window we can manually activate your account which will immediately seek the first $10 payment from Pay Pal. Once this is done, you subscription will continue as usual. It is important that the member contacts us as soon as possible after the 5 days if their account has not be corrected."
