What temps are guys pre-heating to clear the oil that seems to never come out of AR dust covers? Concerned about the spring/detent assembly. Thanks

Put it in the oven at 350 degrees for awhile. Pull it out and soak it and put it back in for awhile longer then soak it again. Blast, spray and cure at 200 degrees.

Been doing basically what you described. The oil seepage is just the name of the game but was concerned about the spring/detent contained in the cover

Ive always just blasted and coated it, afterwards I put a dab of oil in it.
