Hi All , I have an Eagle Industries Drag Bag in Camo which is at least 10 years old and doesn't look like their current bags . My question is how do you clean them and i don't mean soap them over and let it dry . Mine is starting to shame me and has been a bone of contension with the wife for as long as i can remember .
I have emailed Eagle without any responce to date and i'd like to just take it to a dry cleaners but their wanting to know details that i don't have regarding the internal padding in various parts . Any help would be great .

Greg .

My experience with Eagle products is that you can do just about anything to them and not hurt them. I would never take it to a dry cleaner as it would be a waste of money. So don't be offended when I say "soap it over and let it dry":

I would take it to the garage hose it down with the garden hose. Get some laundry soap and a stiff bristled scrub brush and go at it. Rinse and repeat as necessary. When you are done, rinse really good and let it air dry in the sun. On a good warm day you'd be surprised how quickly it will dry. The internal padding is water resistant and won't absorb. Once it is completely dry, you're done. Cordura nylon is very forgiving to water and vigorous scrubbing.

Hope this helps.

agreed with the customer service, years ago they were the best. I have a HSRC with a broken zipper/broke out of the seem and when I called about the warranty the told me no , I asked to pay to have if fixed they also said no :0

luckily the stuff is good quality and that's all that's wrong with it after all the years

Great quality bag but crap customer service !

I love the bag as it might be on the smelly side but there no wear signs at all . We asked Eagle if they would make us longer bags than the standard as we were shooting alot of F Class and barrels being longer needed to be catered for ( another 6 inches longer ) and they said we would need to order 25 to justify their setup which we did and found homes for all 25 . Everything went to plan except that when they extended the bags they didn't alter the handle postion and although it may not seem alot it does make the bag unbalanced . :(
