Easy Weapon mounted Dope Card

Hey all, just thought I'd share this idea that has worked great for me.

Tired of paying big $ for a dope card that mounts to your weapon?

Take stick on velcro, a cut down and laminated index card, and a 90* peice of plastic (mine was a corner of a plastic bin) and bam! Easy!

Get yourself a set of map markers are you are ready to go.

I saw an interesting one that used an ID badge sleeve, binder clip, and one of those rubber wrapped wire gear ties. Or the gear tie could be glued to the badge sleeve. The gear tie is wrapped around the scope or ring bases and then bent to where the card can be seen. The whole thing could be put together for a few bucks.

One good thing about it is it will never really break. Get bent out of shape, maybe, but is easily repositioned.

Not too bad! Where did you mount the other piece of velcro? Direct to the scope ring?

Read the idea by Eustice above and had one of the gear ties laying around... super simple and it works great!
Cut up card stock into pieces so I can write the dope for each stage on a separate card and slip in the ID badge sleeve.
