Does anyone have any suggestions on a good place to take a knife fighting class in south Texas? I live about an hour southeast of San Antonio. I carry a knife on a daily basis at work. (My employer doesn't allow me to carry my firearm). Since I carry a knife, I'd like to be able to use it proficiently. Hell, if its a good enough class of several days that I could get some training and bring it home to practice and get efficient with, i woudln't be opposed to traveling. Thanks.
