Physical Fitness Effective joint supplements

Bear Pit Exercise Routine
BPC-157. Unfortunately, for me at least, it wasn't a permanent fix, and it can be costly to find quality stuff. Plus I was injecting sub q twice daily, at a spot as close as possible to my knee with enough skin to not hurt like a bitch. Regardless, after 2 weeks of injections, my patellar tendinitis didn't seem to exist for about a month. Curious if longer treatment will be a more permanent fix, will try again later I'm sure.

For joint health, I've had good luck with supplements like glucosamine and chondroitin. They’ve helped me keep my knees in check after heavy training sessions. Also, while looking into overall fitness and recovery, I found https://goliathsteroids.com/ which has some useful info about steroids and their effects on recovery. Personally, I’ve stuck with natural supplements and consistent stretching. Sometimes less is more, especially if you find a routine that works for you.
