effective load for 7mm 1:8 24' barrel

I am a left handed shooter and recently purchased a lh Fierce Carbon Rogue in 7mm Rem Mag. The fifle has a 24" carbon wrapped barrel with a 1:8 twist rate. I as seeking some guidance on what deer round I should test first. Must admit that the fierce was not my first choice, but being a lefty, the choices and availability are pretty few. Thanks in advance.

Congrats on the new Fierce Carbon Rogue! As a lefty myself, I get how tough it can be to find the right rifle. For your 7mm Rem Mag with a 1:8 twist rate, you're in a good spot to test some excellent deer rounds. So I'd recommend starting with the Nosler AccuBond 160 grain because It offers a great balance of accuracy and terminal performance, which is perfect for deer hunting.
Another solid choice would be the Hornady ELD-X 162 grain. It's known for its high ballistic coefficient and consistent expansion, making it a favorite among many hunters.
Given the twist rate and barrel length, both of these rounds should stabilize well and provide the accuracy and performance you're looking for. Happy hunting and let us know how it goes!

Depends on the deer.
A good 140 grain bullet is more than capable for any whitetail deer.
The tried and true speer 130 grain bullet has a well earned reputation from a 7x57 or 7-08.
Your fast twist would be too much for that though.
The 160 class are definitely a nice weight for the old RM, but recoil may be an issue.
The 150 grain tipped core lok would be a good do all choice.

Thanks for the recommendations. I am going to pickup a few different factory loads and see what it likes best. 162 Eldx, 168 Berger, and Ablr. I have a 7mm saum that loves 140gr premier core-loks, may try to find those also. Having a Swarovski z6i mounted on the rogue today, hopefully head to the range tomorrow.
