Does the EOTech EXPS3 come with a mounting system so it can be mounted on a top rail? Seems like when I was looking at one the other day the sales guy said something about having to buy something extra for it. I have looked at thew adds online an no one says anything to the contrary.

All EOTechs have a way to mount to a rail. The EXPS-3 has a built-in 7mm riser for lower-third cowitness with irons. This mount has a adjustable locking lever for quick disconnect and return-to-zero mounting. The regular XPS/EXPS-2's have a standard bolt that clamps to the rail and sits 7mm lower to the bore for absolute cowitness with irons.
