Rifle Scopes EoTech G45 magnifier: share your experience

The STS mount is 100x better than the old spring loaded Sampson FTS mount and the locking QD is a nice addition. Not sure I care for the optic though. I liked the rectangular site picture of the Eotech 4x that this replaced. But I do like that I can adjust my red dot to center since I don't use an Eotech. The rubber cover is a little janky. When you go to flip the magnifier you can feel the rubber stretch in your fingers where it doesn't encompass the body 360 degrees if that makes sense.

I'm also looking at the G45 and would like to hear if anyone has any feedback. I absolutely love my G33 with the extremely wide FOV, clarity, and eyebox forgiveness. It doesn't replace my LVPOs, but I'd like to get some extra magnification for my EXPS3-4.

I really like the new G45. Per EoTech the eye relief is greater on the G45. It’s definitely a larger optic in diameter.
