Ethics of trapping

CoyoteKilo and the OP are both blowing smoke out of their asses about something they obviously know little or nothing about, but some Libtard shit has addled their minds. The OP did see some of the worst trapping going so I will give him that.
If they aren't already there, I think they would be more than welcome in Boulder, Colorado, "The land of Fruits and Nuts."
They both need to do some research and go out in the boonies and learn what it is actually all about from someone that knows.
In the meantime, I am sure they are doing well with their fraps and ordering veal cutlets without knowing how that is done. There they will find something they had no idea about but they do taste good.
There are some sets and traps that are so effective that the animal is DRT and never knew what got them. Those are hard to set and should only be used by someone who really has their shit together.
It has become obvious to me that quite a few in this thread really don't know their shit and some of the comments really piss me off. They obviously are not on the receiving end of predators killing off their livestock and taking away next years profits or additions to the herd.

I could give dozens of examples that show the absence of cruelty, but I won't. Just a waste of time trying to reason with people that condemn trapping because it is cruel and condone abortion because it is legal.

A friend and I trapped raccoons all through high school. Kept us in shotgun shells. I'm thinking of taking it up again. It's a whole new world out there.

I would get out a little more, experience a little more, and research a little more before making a post about the ethics of trapping. Just because your buddy trapped a species he wasn't targeting doesn't mean you can ignorantly call trapping a "lazy mans game". If no one's called this bull shit a flat out joke yet, then I will.
Should trapping be done away with, SMFH. How many animals get "unethically" wounded by archers annually? How many animals get "unethically" wounded by someone who is "selecting what they want to bag" while hunting with a rifle? I'll guaran damn tee you it's as many or more than the untargeted species that are caught in traps, and it's you people who label shit "unethical".
You don't think trapping is needed because we don't wear fur anymore, it's not a necessity... Next post in line from Karma Enforcer, Ethics of Hunting, it's a lazy mans man game, you don't have to stalk your quarry, we can come up 35 minutes or 8 mils, hold for wind at 1200 yards and kill an animal in its bed. After all we don't need the meat, we can walk half a block and nuke a Chuckwagon for lunch...

Lugging a 300lb cage trap through the woods is a good workout, that's for damned sure.

I was in downtown Denver across the street from the old Gart's Castle and saw a woman with her cell phone in her face walking down the sidewalk go through the cones and tape and barriers and fall in a manhole.
It was set up so that Stevie Wonder could see it and anything he missed Ray Charles could pick up on.
She screamed like a mashed cat and vile words spewed forth from her mouth, so much so as to make the Foul One shudder.
I stuck around until the Police and AmberLamps got there so I could get it on record that I had seen it all and would be in the Utility Worker's corner if it went to court.
The stupid bitch tried it but when my testimony came out the case was dismissed.

Thought of this thread the other day when I had to run downtown for supplies. A U.S. Government plated truck pulled in and while I was grabbing a few bags o ice I peered in the back.
