Youtube says it was released in 2008, but it's not on any of his albums (CDs, whatever) and I can't find it on iTunes. Anybody know where I can find it or how to rip audio from Youtube to iphone?

Well, crap. It's not available in the U.S, and the Swedish store you've kindly linked me to won't let me download it but switches me back to the U.S. store, where it's not available. Song rocks, and I've got some of his other stuff too.
Anybody who <span style="font-style: italic">can</span> buy it, and figure out a way to get it to me?

So, more info. The song is on an album (CD, whatever) titled "Love, War, and the Ghost of Whitey Ford" that apparently was not released in this country. Found a place online and ordered it, and it came from Hong Kong.
