ex. mil .308 L.C. Long Range stamped ammo $$$$$$

hi, what should i expect to pay for ex. mil .308 Lake City Long Range ammo
box of 20 or case cost thanks my local store has some, or should i just stick with the regular match ammo.
i may have listed the ??? in the wrong section thanks in advance for your time

IMO the M118LR (if that's what is is) isn't all it's cracked up to be, it has great brass to save if you reload and has nostalgia but that's where it ends. I've found FGMM and Black Hills to be more accurate ammo that doesn't bring a high price because of nostalgia. If you can get it cheaper and want the brass then go for it but otherwise I'd pass.

not worth buying, there is much better ammo around to spend your hard earned money on.

I bought M118LR last year for about .80/ round. I am sure it is more now but I have found better ammo since.

About 2-3 years back I bought 500 at .7-.75 cents a round IIRC...
