Rifle Scopes Experience with USO 1.5-6 x 24.........?

New member here; been a lurker for a long, long time.

So, I searched for "USO 1.5-6 x 24" and browsed 8 pages of search results, and found nothing about it.

Does anyone have experience with this scope? Clarity, brightness, durability, etc? I know USO's in general have a good rep, but I havent read anything here about that particluar model.

I've been lookig at it real hard on SWFA, and I'm torn between it, possibly another variable, or going with a TA11. I admit I am spoiled by Trijicon's glass, so I'm not sure if optically it would be a wash between those two, or I would be "upgrading" with the USO.

Optics clarity is a highly subjective thing, but I like my USO's alot (and the kids I play with have all the top brands-I've yet to see something that makes me want to switch, all things considered). You may want to talk to doc76251 as he's a good USO source on that half of the country.
TA11 will have a weight advantage, but the USO will have way more flexibility. If SWFA has exactly what you want on hand you would be hard pressed to find a better vendor, Chris and Co are top notch! If not, call USO and have one made to order, thaey are OUTSTANDING people to work with.

Those links are what I was looking for. The guys that dumped their ACOGs for it, says a lot.

Wonder how the clarity matches with Leup's 1.5-5......

USO glass is in the same league as nightforce, ior, razor HD.

I have this scope on my Recce rifle. I really like it, the glass is great. I have the JNG mil reticle with the EREK knob(it is really hard to get lost with that knob). It has taken me a little while to get used to how busy the reticle is on the highest magnification. I have had better results ignoring the crosshairs and framing the target with the hashmarks. It's a great scope for mid range shooting.

A buddy just picked up this optic last week after comparing the following.
Vortex PST and Razor HD, Premier Short Dot (thing is way oversized IMO), NF 1-4 and 2.5-10, S&B 1-8 Proto and 1.1-4, and the new swaro z6i 1-6.

For me the Swaro and S&B edged the USO in clarity. Swaro was nice but just didnt feel right and the one I saw did not have turrets. S&B 1-8a are not available so the quality was irrelevant to me. USO was a great surprise. Glass was great quality - has the EREK on top, illum and US#3 for wind. I would put it up with S&B if you look at it from a whole package perspective and not just clarity.
