Pretty self explanatory. Looking to put a rifle together around an extra bolt. I'd like it to be lighter than a 591. I'm hoping someone has both and can check, or has already done so.

Why? Every action maker already supplies a bolt with their actions that is machined to fit the action they make. I see zero point in this. I could see wanting a lighter action but even there, the action is mostly air, it is the barrel that makes up the majority of the weight in a rifle. Swaping brands would be folly in my opinion.

Because I've got an extra bolt. 2 receivers, 3 bolts, why not try to find a receiver that's almost 8 ounces lighter for a hunting rig if possible? I can always get another 591 receiver...
