FAFO or something else??

We know that Chad was trespassing and refused to leave when requested. We know he uttered a death threat. We know he attempted to take Kyle’s gun. Those are things we know.
I thought he threatened to take the gun and shove it up kyles ass? Not necessarily a death threat depending on how far up there he got it, and who knows kyle might have liked it.

Maybe...........but what does Kyle think of the way he that he handled it..........?
Kyle seems to be good with it. Like I said, I'm speaking from my perspective, not his. I'm not him. I enjoy a fight and know I my capabilities. I wouldn't have used a gun. I'd have broken him. That's just me. He did what he had to do, to resolve the threat he perceived.

This could be the plot of a telanovela...

So, Kyle is in the process of a divorce. His current wife- until the divorce is finalized- is a state district judge.

Kyle is dating the ex-wife of Chad.

Chad was married to the woman videoing the incident.

Chad's widow is suing Kyle for 50 MILLION dollars for wrongful death.

Kyle has not yet been charged.

The case has been referred to the Texas AG's office...
