Nope, M14s and Garands are more accurate. I've used both. 3" - 5" was the STANAG standard for accuracy, which actually dated back to the accuracy of the acceptable issue Garand

I've used both the real FAL and ParaFAL, they were both cyclic. I carried the ParaFal behind the seat in my truck when we were taking cyclic weapons out the range for testing. I like them, but shooting a FAL with the stock folded is stupid. I do have silly pictures of doing that!

And the point is? Things like this happen when you have a FALling out with someone or something! (ducking and running)!
