Rifle Scopes FalconOptics-is this normal?

I have a falcon 10x42T. Should the reticle track perfectly true when watching it through a bore sight. I am getting significant amounts of diagonal movement. I am also able to observe elevation movement when only adjusting the windage turret.

Scope needs replaced, send it back and have them fix it.

Lonewolf, I guess on paper I kept wondering why I was missing. So used the bore sight to watch reticle movement. I bought the optic second had, so maybe I will have learned an expensive lesson.
I have spoken via email with Nick and would like to add their customer service is fantastic. I guess I will pursue the return avenue.
