farrell base question on 700 XCR

I just installed a Farrell base on my 700 XCR compact. This is the first Farrell base I've installed, and the first base that gave me a little trouble. It seemed like the front screw hole was a little off-centered versus the other three holes. Also, all four screws are the same length, but the holes are drilled at different depths which make the heads of the front two screws sit up much higher than the rear ones. I degreased the screws as normal and used red loctite to install them. I torqued them all down to the approximate torque starting at the front. It might be my OCD kicking in, but I don't feel like it's mounted solid to the rifle. It probably is. Besides, putting several rounds through it and checking the accuracy, is there any other way to tell if the base is installed correctly?

The holes in the base are drilled shallow on purpose, for proper depth, so you don't get into the barrel threads. When tightening the base, start with the screws on each side of the ejection port, then look for any daylight under the ends. If you see daylight, I would bed it.
