This is exactly the shit that I was talking about in the school schooting thread . This fucker needs to answer to his maker for this shit and the justice system needs to expedite the meeting . The really fucked up part is that the percentages say that these kids wind up useless members of society to put it mildly . As far as crime being down the administration controls the reportings of UCRs . So the crime rate is whatever the fuck they say it is . The Judges and Prosecutors that I have witnessed are so fuckin complacent and desensitized to the horrors that humans are capable of that this is the result . I've witnessed Juvenile Court proceedings of Juvenile Offenders that get nothing but probation and counseling . I've witnessed repeat offender burglar/muggers with a list of priors that would warrant a four week as beatin get probation .

This sad soup fucking sandwich is only 2.5 miles from the county lockup. What's left of the family that he destroyed won't have to not go very far at all to completely disregard his existence. And yes, his kids are as fucked as a certain dry shit and piss encrusted individual who I won't mention by name, statistically likely to perpetuate the cycle and burden the system just that much more.
