Hell, even then you can remove the rights of other people on your property. You really just can't use them to infringe on life, liberty and property, with "liberty" being the most elastic of those terms. Private people and businesses have broad rights, and that is as intended.
Going to the extremes of trespassing when were talking about the freedom of speech isn't exactly keeping on topic. Could you further elaborate on what you are trying to say?
Nothing particularly interesting, just that I am well within my rights to tell you that you have to be disarmed and quiet on my property, even though that is taking from you certain rights you hold as a citizen. When I can't do is keep you there or kill you. In other words, I don't need to respect very many of your rights in exercising my property rights.

Frankly, this is incorrect regarding the media. In the hey day of strict monopoly laws, say 50s-80 the media was so absolutely controlled by the left that nobody even noticed it was. Walter Cronkite was seen as a neutral arbiter of facts, rather than the left wing mouthpiece he is. It is only now, when there are alternatives to the left wing hegemony of the news, that people start to understand its underlying bias. That is why they fight so hard to cancel anything to the right, when they didn't used to. They didn't have to. Their truth was pervasive and accepted.
Internet providers and social media companies have become new monopolies.
They will tell us that everyone is welcome to use their services BUT they have to obey the rules. That's not a problem until the rules are not applied equally or when they say the rules were violated when they were not. That's not a problem until they make up new rules to punish someone that says something that hurts someone's feelings.
The internet providers and social media companies are providing their services to ONLY the people that agree with a socio-political construct. Anyone that disagrees, even in a civil or polite manner, is punished.
If King George III owned FaceBook in the 18th century, everyone could use it as long as they didn't criticize him. If Adolph Hitler owned Twitter, everyone could use it as long as they belonged to the Nazi party. If Stalin owned Instagram then everyone could use it as long as they didn't try to tell us that capitalism was better than communism. If Mussolini owned YouTube, then everyone would have to praise Fascism. Anyone criticizing Il Duce would get their pepperoni sliced.

BUT nobody is keeping anyone from opening up a news agency to combat the lefts news agency stories so it really isn't the lefts fault they control all the current day news agencies....it is the rights fault for not putting their money where their mouths at in regards to "Well we are going to start our own, yada yada".
Parlor chose to host their platform on those servers; nobody made them pick that server farm. They picked it because its' super super cheap.
As long as the ATF didn't stop approving FFL applications then another gun store has full power to compete against the "monopoly" store.
The issue isn't what the left does or doesn't do/control/operate/etc....the issue is the RIGHT complaining about it but doing nothing about it. Nobody is stopping the RIGHT from operating and controlling the exact same "businesses".

Facebook is a private business, but for comparison 20 years ago that business would need to own every newspaper and all three major networks to be equivalent.
All members “pay” to be on Facebook by virtue of them selling your information. Refusing service to any user is kinda like that bakery that wouldn’t bake the cake-except this time they TOOK THE PAYMENT AND THEN REFUSED TO BAKE THE CAKE. Based only on your beliefs-religious or political-that is illegal.
Conservative or liberal Facebook (SM) is destroying the country. I watch firsthand what it is doing to our youth. I scrubbed my presence there and luckily even convinced my teenager to give it up. He says it is the best decision he ever made. Since then he has been doing all kinds of cool projects around our property. He just snorkeled a four wheeler and will be lifting my SxS next

i could care less what facebook does.
i use the platform, but heavily decreased my usage. they don't like me and i don't support anything they standfore. it makes me giggle when i login and use it for researching things they despise. freedom and 2nd Amendment readings

I was fortunate enough think all of the facebooks, twitters, instagrams, my space, etc.... were all just fads and mostly for the extreme vain or the extreme losers in our society. I kept asking myself were people really that bored, stupid, etc... that said, I can see how Facebook could be useful but the others imho are just garbage companies that people with lots of money invested In and hyped it up so they in turn could make obscene amounts of money. Now, I believe they have all been weaponized. Like most things, tv, movies, news, sports etc.....I think, while it’s great that the right is finally getting off its lazy ass to get ” true” freedom of speech platforms up and running but the party is getting late and most people don’t want to believe that its just about over.
The World and The US have changed in this respect forever.....it's not gonna roll back to the "Good Old Days" and the challenges of being a free society now are not the same as they were 30 years ago. Nor even yesterday/last week....we need to stop thinking it was better yesterday and start dealing with this shit going forward. Facebook and Twitter and all that bullshit are here to stay and they are here to make money (lots of it) off of compiling and selling our data and personal responses.
