Here's my perspective - they are trying to put the whole Sedition Indictment together - the 15 boxes of missing "stuff" contains the proof that Trumps People told him he lost the election and he knew it but proceeded to dupe his supporters and turn the crank. FYI - If Trump was convicted of mishandling documents under 18 U.S.C. § 2071, that would NOT disqualify him from running for president. The Constitution sets the requirements for who is qualified to run for president, and mishandling classified documents is not listed as a bar to the office. 18 U.S.C. § 2071 does say those convicted under the statute are “disqualified from holding any office under the United States,” but Congress does not have the authority to change the requirements for who can run for president. That would require a constitutional amendment.

I think it really comes down to if his own friends and family had access to the same information Trump did. Being that he was POTUS, I don't think anyone had access to the same level of information that he did. I see this fairly often in business too; those that aren't running the ship get 80% or even 90% of the information and they are confused or worked up when the head of the company makes a different decision than they thought makes sense. I saw it (from the outside) in my dad's company.

Now, what was the information Trump had that everyone else didn't? I don't know, but I would guess he was able to understand how we controlled elections in other countries in the past and saw it unfolding in front of him. That's my uneducated guess. I just find it incredibly hard to believe Biden had the largest voter turnout in history against an incumbent (statistically less than 25% of incumbents lose)

The Democrats chose the Republican candidates in Georgia's 2022 primary - the Democrats voted in the Republican primary (legal) and chose Kemp, Raspy, etc.
