Believe it or not, when I started in LE in 1974 our training wasn't much different then this, only we were suppose to use our non firing hand to cover our heart.

Granted, things have changed a bit, but I like the ideal of extended (50 yard) shooting cops don't seem to do any more.

Today style are so much better. There draw speed is so slow.
