because when they counted the actual ballots by hand, they had 3000+ more total ballots than the original "official" count.
first time auditors ran them through the machine, it was still giving xiden 1.2k votes that didn't exist.
3rd time was closer to what they found in the paper ballots.

Like much of the other evidence, it was never heard, and no one else has investigated. There were also many illegal absentee ballots cast by people fraudulently claiming to be indefinitely confined.
