We had a little time Sunday afternoon, saw two and set up.... Few minutes later, she sees one pop back out, and says "Gimme a bullet! Hurry up!" since we hadn't loaded the rifle, lol. One shot, right in the pocket, at about 125 yards with the .22-250AI. She's hooked, had to go see the gore.
Good to have a future wife that's into shooting and hunting. Turkey season starts next week, and I'm not allowed to take a shotgun until after she shoots hers. Especially since I shot a nice tom right off her last year, lol. I didn't think she had a shot but she'd already popped off the safety and was on the trigger.
