Can't see the pics on my internet (fuck you IT), but I know well what it's like collecting parts from a shit hole only to see them months down the road. Enjoy your rifles, you've sure as hell earned them!

Also interested to hear what you don't like about the ADM. Like Redmanss said, we can understand buying cool shit and waiting months to a year to finally get to mess with it. Welcome home and enjoy the toys.

Correct me if im wrong but i dont think you have a true monolithic upper with a free float handguard,,,,, and your scope mount is spanning the upper / handguard which i wouldnt do..... Hard to say with the pictures supplied

Good catch Buddy. I agree it's hard to tell from the photos, but that huge gap at the barrel nut is "suspicious". OP, would it be possible to see a picture of your top rail with the scope removed?

ITs not a true mono. But its the only way I could get a semi okay eye releif. No POI issues at all. And yes spanning the gap is a bad thing. But I waited months to get at this stuff and at that point I just wanted to shoot them.

As the why I dont like ADM.

A: they feel cheep.
B: Getting the latch adjusted is a pain in the ass.
C: After taking a minor fall in the back seat of the truck the scope slipped in the rings. and they where properly tightened.
D: I cannot for the life of me work the latch without a flat tipped screw driver. Big fingers suck fat ones.

So most likely it will be night force unimounts from here on out.

You just need a cantilever mount that will give you a forward offset. If you're set on QD Bobro makes a nice dual lever, Larue makes a few, and ADM makes a few (although I can't stand their levers either). If QD isn't a req Aero Precision makes one that weighs in at 3 or 4 ounces and is only about $100. I need mounts that give me a forward offset as well on all my AR platform rigs so I can run them nice and tight and still have enough room for the 3-4" of eye relief.

I might look at a mount with a lower centerline as well. Like in the 1.2-1.3" range. That mount looks like it pushes the optic incredibly high. Did you have any issues getting a solid cheekweld with the optic that high?

I will most likely go with the nightforce uni-mount. The Aero mount looks airsoftish to me, The bobro mounts are Killer expensive. Fall back would be LaRue. Thanks for the the complements guys!

997, Its a spikes tactical dynacomp. So it is a comp. Works really good at hiding the flash and not so good at recoil impulse. Probly Will go to a BCM Gunfighter Comp. Witch I have a 16 inch upper and works great.
