I have passed on a bunch of deer over the past few years. Decided I would take this guy!! Scored 177 1/8. Very happy. Cant wait to get the mount now.

I took my monster of a long range killing machine 28 nosler with. Was hoping to reach out and touch something. Had it dialed in and felt super solid taking a shot from 750 and in.

Well....80 yards out. One shot and done.
Pretty much the longest kill shot you guys have heard of right? Ha

this Guy was super smart, he was nestled down in these tall willows. Very hard to see. Incredible how smart these big bucks are. He was planning on staying there until dark before going out and feeding.
Feel very blessed to have harvested him.

I was also fortunate to bless a local family in need with over 100 pounds of meat. Should help them out through the winter months for sure.

When you mount him, use one of your steel plates as the support board! ha ha... Seriously, nice buck. I love getting out in the high desert chasing muleys.
