Hey folks,
Last month I received an Accurate Ordnance 6.5 Creedmoor rifle just in time for vacation. Current work has me living in Connecticut, but get back to West TN a couple times each year. March 23rd and March 24th were spent at K&M in Finger, TN. Thursday was breaking in the rifle and Friday was the day to stretch its legs.
The rifle specs are the following (including optic):
Manners T4- in midnight camo
Defiance Deviant action (purchased from Core Shooting Solutions)
Brux barrel, 1-8 twist, M24 profile finished at 26 inches
Cerakote barrel and action midnight black
Area 419 Hellfire break
Trigger Tech Diamond trigger
Harris Bipod
Nightforce 7-35 with Tremor 3 reticle sitting in a Spuhr mount (not fond of the reticle)
Friday afternoon was overcast with very little wind. Perfect day for my buddy and I to try shooting at 1200 yards. The scope description in the picture is incorrect as my buddy has a Vortex on his rifle (and he provided the picture). No more shots were fired once when my buddy informed me that we needed to go down range and confirm was he thought he was seeing. Yes, this group was "cherry picked" from all others. With this in mind, I am still damn proud of it. "Edit" - this was accomplished shooting Hornady 147 grain ELD Match ammo
