Fiocchi SRM Primers

I bought there regular small rifle primers during the last shortage and actually ran them in 9mm pistol rounds without a problem. Sorry doesn't answer your question. Lots run CCI 450 magnum in 6.5 loads.

I shot Some yesterday in my 6.5 Creedmoor with Lapua small primer brass. I normally shoot CCI 450's but wanted to see how they would do. The 450 's are magnums and they have a bit better extreme spread and group a little better than the fiocchi. I have a lot of the Fiocchi small rifle so I wanted to see what they would do. They may have better promise in .223 as I was getting real low extreme spread but I pierced 2 in the .223. I'm having the firing pin bushed to see If that allows me to use them in the .223.

Thanks Dave. Glad to see you had decent ES. I was able to find a brick of Fiocchi SR Magnum primers, so hoping they have thicker cups like #450.

I am just starting out so it will be a long time before I can produce uniform CBTO and velocity results.

Thanks again for sharing... I like those load-dev targets too.
