I bought it with bullish call options... $500 strike expiring January. it will still go higher. This was just preliminary release from a panel of experts. FDA will meet on Friday and then make a decision on approval by March. Only drug for Alzheimer’s will be huge throughout the world. They submitted to Europe last week
it will go to $500-$600 at least

There are plenty of articles explaining the link between chronic metabolic dysfunction( another term for diabetes) and Alzheimer’s. There are also plenty of ways to fix metabolic dysfunction without your dr or an endocrinologist slowly kill you with a terrible diet and insulin regimen

There are loads of doctors/nurse practitioners coming around to the idea that dietary changes are the best medicine, my wife is one of them and is curing people left and right without drugs

I have to agree with you on this one.

My wife was 245lbs at 5'9". She had pre-diabetes, high blood pressure and tons of joint pain.

She went on a strict diet and exercise plan and now she weighs 134. Her BP is normal, no issues with diabetes and her joint pain is gone also.

She went from a size 18/20 to a size 6. This all happened last year when I was deployed to Germany. She came out for christmas and flew into the Munich airport. I literally walked past her 4 times at the airport because I didn't recognize her.

It may be contributory in some but certainly not definitive and represents a minor part of the Az disease process. I for one and happy to see advancement. I get a little nervous every time I can't remember something right off.

Has to be one of the worst diseases we have for the family of the the person suffering with it. If you have it you really don't know , the cruelty of it is that you forget who your family is. Family members lose that emotional connection which is probably worst then having the disease. Growing up I never remember seeing people having Alzheimer's like any where until about 10 years ago when everybody was getting it.

Good habits is certainly not a fix all solution.

Safe and effective medications is another valuable tool in the box, and hopefully with a holistic approach, this terrible disease will become more manageable.

Yeah I agree. Heredity is a bitch. I am 52, 5'7", 178# and work out several days a week. I am very fit......back pack, hunt, fishand farm on the side and eat really good with a large percentage of food/meat raised or killed by me. I still have a total cholesterol of 190-200 every time. Father was dead at 54 with a second heart attack. There are lots of things DNA deals us that cannot be "fixed" with being healthy in lifestyle.

In one of my classes it was pointed out that if one of your parents had the gene it was an extremely high probability you would eventually contract the disease. I distinctly remember how inevitable the instructor made it feel. It has to be among the most heartless diseases out there, it lasts so long and removes the life of so many caretakers.

In a nutshell, the panel thought there was not sufficient evidence of efficacy.
They wanted another phase 3 trial, which is going to be a lot more time and money.

That drug is a scam. It doesn't work. Doctors on the advisory boar resigned because the "evidence" that the drug works was B.S.

I figured that would be the case. My guess is that the parent company wasn't paying off enough politicians and the FDA to get approval.

While at a certain point those suffer from it don't know, up until that point, they absolutely do. I've seen it 1st hand and my heart really goes out to the families of those that are having to deal with it But more so to the person that sees it coming.
