No its not in that class of bright. At its highest illumination, looking at the sky, the reticle red-ish black. Looking at anything with a background, clearly illuminated visible. Never tried to take a picture of a reticle but be happy to try in a bit.
I'm waiting on my burris rt6. Seems like a tough scope it'll mostly be used for 5 and 10k Run N Gun events. Looked at the 1.5-8 xtrii but money said go with the rt6 lol

Me too because with as little as I shoot these fast guns it seemed like the best value for a scope. I dont have much to compare it to but it knocks the socks off of the strike eagle.

I looked through just about all of the lpvo ‘s I could find the other day except for the razor at Scheels. Viper, Vudu, nx8, strike Eagle etc.... I was more impressed with Rt-6 than any of them, even the nx8. I know that is sacrilege talk, but I can’t deny my impressions. I am really impressed with the full line of products that Burris puts out.
