Suppressors First range trip with Specwar 7.62...AWESOME!

My specwar 7.62 is still in NFA jail. My dealer is an awesome guy so I got to test drive it today. I tried it on my 5.56 and my 300BLK. The 300 with subs is rediculous quiet. The 5.56 was no ear pro safe for me. So far I love it. I shot some of the Gemtech 187 subs and they performed excellent! Shot some ballistic panels and was impressed by the results. Expansion was really good, and penetration was surprising.

That's very cool, man! I am putting a LOT of thought into a Specwar 7.62 myself... glad to hear that it seems to be meeting your expectations. How long ago did you submit for your stamp?

My form four has only been submitted for 3 weeks. I have a long wait to go.

my Specwar 7.62 has what I consider to be a significant change in POI between can on and can off. I ran it on my 6.5x47 and my 300winmag. My 100yd zero changed by a whole mil when I put the can on. Im hoping it was because I hadn't torqued the brake on to spec. Well see. Ill be at the range again soon to see.
